Based on our research, the dishwasher latch was one of the most common causes for our model of dishwasher malfunctioning. We purchased this replacement unit, and thanks to the help provided via videos and diagrams, my wife and I were able to very easily install the new latch. First ordered and replaced the door latch which did not correct the problem. Then ordered and replaced the electronic control board. Problem fixed.
