How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2014510 / WB2X9719 Support Bracket

Ordered 2 clips. In 3 minutes I was good to go. 

Replaced both elements. Just make sure you turn off the power first. Need to order 2 clips for upper element. Only ordered 1 so still 1 short very easy to repair. 

Successfully replaced the faulty bake element (and while we were at it, also replaced a clip for the broil element). [As others have stated, we turned off the power to the circuit BEFORE beginning repairs.] A straightforward fix that just extended the life of a workhorse Sears Kenmore oven. 

I replaced both elements, oven and broil due to age and use. Customer service was excellent and parts came next day and were correct. Definitely will be a return customer! 

I replaced the Bake Element and clips. 

Exchanged the broken/deteriorated parts for the new ones. 

Ordered both upper and lower elements from AppliancePartsPros.com, plus a new support bracket. I am mechanically capable, but the videos that these folks put out ( which I would advise everyone to watch) are an excellent source of information to insure a smooth installation. The hardest part of this job was cleaning the oven. 

I replaced the Broil Element. 

Replaced the oven bake element and while I was at it, I replaced the bulb and a support bracket for the broiler element. Everything was delivered properly. 

Easily popped in two clips.
