Martha H Owings Mills , MD October 21, 2021 Appliance: General Electric Microwave JNM1951SR1SS The GE microwave was working on Monday but on Tuesday morning the microwave did not work we tried everything imaginable but it would not turn on. We ordered the Thermostat switch and another Thermostat. We removed the old Thermostat switch and replaced it with the new switch. The wires attached to the switch were burned out. We cleaned the wires and remove the damaged wire coding, and attached the switch. Within 20 minutes, our Microwave was working. Praise the Lord! Using the tester I found out that a thermostat was bad. After getting the part from you guys it took me 2 minutes to replaced it and 5 minutes to put everything back. D Travis K Powder Springs , GA September 01, 2021 Appliance: Model DVM7195SKSS Completely dead (no lights sound or action) Replaced main surface thermal limiter, (had to R&R 22 screws just to R&R the cover, some had 6-point star heads). Used a multi-meter to troubleshoot the power supply circuit and locate the defective device. Ordered the replacement part and 2-days after the promised delivery date, the part finally arrived. It took FedEx almost three 3 days to deliver the small part from Jacksonville, FL, about a 6.5 hour DRIVE to Atlanta,GA. Read More...
