Appliance: Model DVM7195SKSS

Completely dead (no lights sound or action)

Replaced main surface thermal limiter, (had to R&R 22 screws just to R&R the cover, some had 6-point star heads). Used a multi-meter to troubleshoot the power supply circuit and locate the defective device. Ordered the replacement part and 2-days after the promised delivery date, the part finally arrived. It took FedEx almost three 3 days to deliver the small part from Jacksonville, FL, about a 6.5 hour DRIVE to Atlanta,GA.

Still broken changed the thermostat but no different

The microwave stopped working

First I didn't know what was wrong. So I looked on Utube to get some help. I purchased a diagnostic tool, continuity tester. Using the tester I found out that a thermostat was bad. After getting the part from you guys it took me 2 minutes to replaced it and 5 minutes to put everything back. Plugged the microwave and it started to work
