Ge WB44T10043 Oven Broil Element Assembly OEM Part

I ordered the replacement part; after it arrived, I turned off the power to the oven - watched the video on how to replace the part, which was fantastic as it told me to make sure when I disconnect the old element not to let the wires fall behind the oven (that would have been a big problem b/c it's a wall oven) - However, one wire still slipped back a little - so I used needle nose pliers to retrieve it. Was able to plug the new one in - screw it into place with the original screws. I made sure I had the right tools as well before I tackled this. It was awkward to get into the back of the oven (my oven is close to the floor) - but I was able to do it without taking off the door. Overall, this was a very easy repair and my replacement part shipped and arrived quickly.

With the model # of the stove I easily looked it up on applianceparts.com and ordered the new element. I ordered it on on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered by Friday morning. I unscrewed the bracket holding the element on, unhooked the wires and reinstalled the new element.

I called Appliance Parts and the staff gave me the confidence that I could change out that part and that in fact, they would have the part. I think they did a great job and the part shipped quickly and I made the repair. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros!
