Victoria L San Diego , CA January 21, 2015 Appliance: Model ZET938SF33S Broiler element was burned and melted I ordered the replacement part; after it arrived, I turned off the power to the oven - watched the video on how to replace the part, which was fantastic as it told me to make sure when I disconnect the old element not to let the wires fall behind the oven (that would have been a big problem b/c it's a wall oven) - However, one wire still slipped back a little - so I used needle nose pliers to retrieve it. Was able to plug the new one in - screw it into place with the original screws. I made sure I had the right tools as well before I tackled this. It was awkward to get into the back of the oven (my oven is close to the floor) - but I was able to do it without taking off the door. Overall, this was a very easy repair and my replacement part shipped and arrived quickly.
