This 270° burner valve controls gas flow to a single cooktop or range burner, restoring predictable flame adjustment and reliable ignition so you can cook safely and accurately. What it does:

• Regulates gas flow to the burner so flame height responds to the control knob
• Enables proper ignition and consistent flame during use
• Common symptoms indicating a faulty valve: burner won't light, flame stays too low or high, or burner only lights intermittently
• Stops gas flow when set to off to help prevent unintended flow
