Thomas F Canton , GA March 11, 2020 Appliance: Model 11254789 Fan motor locked up !!!!! Ok so my mom called GE and a service man came out. He said no good. The refrigerator was to old to be fixed. You will have to buy a new one .. ok so with that said he collected his $100 dollars service fee !!! I slid the refer out and started tinkering with it. I went on line and hit your web page saw schematic map and ordered fan motor because the one on refer wouldn’t turn !!!! You guys delivered it on a Sunday ( perfect) I put it in carefully and bam it worked. I was in shock that it was cold again. Thanks to your company and all involved I saved mom around $2400. I still would love to see GE techs face when I ask for money back. But let it go !!!! Sign Tommy....
