Click pins are used in various lawn equipment machines to hold the wheels on. For larger riding lawn mowers, click pins are only used on the smaller front wheels. It's also possible to misplace the click pin when changing a tire because it has to be removed first before working on the wheel. A missing, damaged, or worn click pin must be replaced.Click pins are very easy to replace with only a pair of pliers. Wear gloves when making the repair. Start by pulling out the old click pin from its location with the pliers. Insert the new click pin back into the hole located in the spindle. This click pin is a genuine OEM replacement part. This flat washer is used to attach the idler pulley in a number of small and medium sized gasoline powered engines. These engines include snow blowers, log splitters, riding mowers, lawn tractors, and chippers. Because the idler pulley is subject to a great deal of resistance when the pulley is engaged, eventually the pulley will wear out. Should there be a squealing sound when engaging the drive, the problem is likely the idler pulley. In these cases, the pulley must be replaced. It is a good idea to replace the surrounding hardware when replacing the idler pulley; tNhis includes the flat washer, which is subject to corrosion during heavy use. To replace the idler pulley, first detach the spark plug cap. If on a mower or tractor, drop the mower deck. Remove the original pulley and install in order: replacement pulley, hex bolt, flat washer, flange nut. Apart from dropping the mower deck, the only tools required to complete this installation may be a 9/16 ratchet and combination wrench. This washer is a genuine OEM replacement part, designed to perfectly replicate the original piece. This washer is compatible with Troy-Bilt, Yard Man, Yard Machines, MTD, and Craftsman devices.

A flange lock nut, also known as a flange lock or a lock nut, is created to be used in various types of lawn and garden equipment. This flange lock nut holds other parts in place and, when properly threaded, will resist loosening. Over time, a flange lock nut may begin to weaken and may become loose or break. If it appears to be broken or weak, a replacement is required. Flange locks can be adjusted and uninstalled after use. When replacement is required, you may need a socket set, screwdriver, hacksaw, and butane torch. The socket wrench will loosen the bolt it is connected to, while the torch is used to heat the lock nut. A socket wrench may remove the nut, but sometimes cutting it with a hacksaw is required. This flange lock nut is a genuine OEM component directly from the manufacturer and comes in an individual unit. It is made of metal, a gold color, and can be found in various areas of lawn equipment. It works with lawnmowers, trimmers, snowblowers, cultivators, tillers, and leaf blowers by Poulan, MTD, Toro, Cub Cadet, Murray, Troy-Bilt, Bolens, Yard Machines, Craftsman, and Yard-Man.
