Description

This is a throttle cable that fits many types of lawn and garden equipment, like pole pruners. This component is the part that links the carburetor to the throttle trigger to ensure the machine runs smoothly. Throttle cables have small connectors on both ends that can occasionally become brittle and break after extensive use. The cable can also sometimes become damaged or kinked during use and require replacement.If the throttle cable is damaged or broken, replacing it involves removing the throttle cable and then separating the two sides of the throttle housing. The throttle trigger can then be removed followed by the rear cover. At this point, the throttle cable itself can be removed. The new throttle cable will be passed through the engine housing and the large hole in the carburetor mounting plate.
