Description

The carburetor is responsible for mixing the air and fuel before it enters the engine. It consists of intake and outflow valves, as well as a float and needle to monitor and manage the flow of fuel and air coming into and leaving the carburetor body. The fuel mixes with oil in the smallest part of the body and is then pushed through a butterfly valve into the engine. Adjusting the valve will adjust how much of the fuel mixture gets into the engine. In the event that an engine is not running or keeps stalling, the carburetor may need of repair or replacement. This kit is designed to assist with the repair or refurbishment of several carburetors in various chainsaws. It is a full carburetor, not a rebuild kit. Installation will require a screwdriver to replace the carburetor. This OEM carburetor assembly kit is compatible with a number of chainsaws from Husqvarna.
