Description

This high quality choke lever is used on string trimmers and edgers from multiple manufacturers. The plastic choke lever actuates the choke valve which creates a limit to the amount of air that can enter the engine when the equipment is cold started. If the choke lever has been damaged or is broken, it may create problems with starting the tool. If this is the case, the choke lever will need to be replaced.This is a simple replacement project that requires only a screwdriver and a pair of work gloves. Before starting, make sure the tool is turned off and the spark plug wire has been removed. Place the tool on a flat surface and take out the choke lever. The broken choke lever can be removed using the screwdriver.
