Description

This mow ball assembly is used in many Husqvarna string trimmers to offer a height guide that prevents the trimmers from cutting grass or other foliage too low. This is an entire assembly that includes the ball bearing, plastic housing, and retaining ring needed to replace the mow ball. The bolt that is used to attach the part to the string trimmers is available separately. If the mow ball assembly is broken or damaged, the guide for the blade will not function and the trimmer may cut the grass too close to the ground. The first step to replace this part is unbolting the assembly using the bottom bolt located on the shaft of the cutter. Clean all the parts before greasing the adjustment button to make it easy to move. Take off the mow ball assembly and replace it with a new one.This part is sold as an individual unit.
