We pulled the back off the appliance got out our multi meter. We checked the thermocouple and the two heating elements and all seemed to be in good order. There was no visible issues with wires or the power coming in. The only thing left was the controller board.
We ordered a replacement controller board and a new face sticker (which is required for the front buttons to work). My husband unplug the old one and plugged in the new one, with the new face sticker which matches our black stove....
