The repair kit has everything needed for both sides of the rack but there were no instructions so it took me some time to figure out how it all mounted on the basket. My discharge would not empty after a wash cycle and I always had gross gray water left in the bottom approx 3" deep? After doing the obvious things of checking the simp for garbage, and checking that the discharge hose wasn't blocked, I removed my discharge pump ( not too hard to do) and tested. I consulted with the internet and your website and determined I had a bad roller wheel. I was going to buy just one but determined if you have to take the thing apart, just replace all of them. These lasted 10 years after all. Opened up You Tube for the method to take the dryer apart. After doing the washer last year, I felt pretty bold and just ripped into the project. I replaced the warped cover guide and the lint filter. Now it works perfect! Sears was going to charge $100 just to diagnose the well known problem, not including parts and labor. It only requires 4 screws(i used the old ones). Easy fix. Read more

My Kenmore 790.74139310 gas range was taking over 30 minutes to reach 350F. It used to take a little less than 10 minutes. The problem was the ignitor for the lower gas burner. Checked and cleaned vent which was in need of cleaning, but not too bad (I do not consider this a primary causal detail, but can be a problem, so clean yours). Replaced Hi-Limit Thermostat (safety thermostat) after confirming the circuit was open with ohm meter.
