It took me less than 5 minutes to replace the part. I got two estimates to fix this and just to come out and look at the problem was $150 plus a 2nd trip out to replace the part. The video described the exact problem I was having with my fridge door. I ordered the part from the video link and watched it again when the part arrived in the mail. The door now works perfectly and the video probably saved me hundreds because I didn't need to call a repairman. Rick W Everett , WA March 12, 2014 Cam shaft broke Following the YouTube video posted by your site, I Removed the cover, popped out the retainer, removed one screw and replaced the defective part. However, I did this twice, replacing the one on each door and each time you have to insert a flat head screw driver into a slot on a plastic retaining clip and pry. Each time the plastic piece broke making it almost impossible to remove the clip. That should be addressed on the video.
