Lonnie B Blythewood , SC October 13, 2017 Appliance: Model LG WT5070CW Washing machine was knocking while in spin cycle. One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. Dan K Pasco , WA January 28, 2019 Appliance: Model LG WT5001CW Bleach would collect around the cap and was rusting out the top of the washer. I took the top of the washer off. Wire brushed off the rust, primed and painted the top of the washer with appliance paint. Installed the new bleach cap and dispenser with some silicone. Then reassembled the top of the washer. I like the new cap because it sets on top of the washer and not down a bit so the bleach will puddle and get trapped under the cap where it would rust.
