Lonnie B Blythewood , SC October 13, 2017 Appliance: Model LG WT5070CW Washing machine was knocking while in spin cycle. One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. Have not needed to replace the pump but will do so if necessary.
