It would get to about 13 on the spin cycle and would keep refilling and not finish the spin cycle. Had this same problem with my previous Whirlpool washer so I knew what the problem was on my LG machine. Ordered the suspension rods and my husband and I replaced them in about five minutes. Hardest part was getting the front latches to release on the lid. I helped lift up on the drum and he put them in place one by one. Simple fix.
