James V Sebastian , FL March 27, 2015 Wouldn't drain and the case assembly rusted out I drained the unit. Removed the front cover which is only held on by a couple of screws and the retainer ring that holds the rubber boot the seal for the door. But pretty straight forward after that. Just switch out the the the part its location is on the bottom lert. The case assembly is located under the top cover...the top cover os held down by 2 screws once out the cover slides of the part is on the left side just remove wires plugs and change out you only have to remove the screws holding the bracket to slide it out of the way to work out the case assembly. Then just reverse your steps to put back together. :-) Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Nut Drivers, Pliers, Screwdrivers
