Robert C Austin , TX May 23, 2018 Appliance: LG Washer WM1814CW Spider arm fractured at the base (all 3 arms) on our LG Tromm front loading washer I followed a couple of Appliance Parts Pros videos that helped me identify the root cause, disassemble the washer, order the parts, how to install the new parts and reassemble. One of the difficult things was getting the replacement door boot gasket clamp back on. It will take two people (four hands) to get it on properly. Steve H Knoxville , TN October 02, 2015 Worn door seal after replacement i come to realize that the reason for the worn seal was a broken spider bracket at rear of drum this is why drum was rubbing up against the door seal Removed and installed new door seal and new clamp.
