And with the help of repair video and other customers comments I went to work on the installation. The video was the key as there was a hidden screw. That would have been a real headache as getting your head in the freezer to look at what you're dealing with is difficult. Ruth J Charlotte , NC November 28, 2020 The crisper drawer shelf broke in half., I was able to easily search our refrigerator model and locate the broken shelf which needed to be replaced. It arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. The plastic is a thinner quality than the one originally part of the refrigerator. The replacement shelf also was missing the digital printing which came on the original indicating the direction of the air flow for the type of produce. Otherwise an excellent fit.
