I ordered your door assembly which I received in just a few days. Great service. There were no instructions included as to how to remove and replace the door. I checked with your repair clinic and found out I just had to remove the top grill and then just lift the door up off its hinge pins and then install the the new door the same way. Took about 2-3 minutes for the repair! No tools required! Thanks again for the help.

My door handle finally broke completely off. The door itself was cracked in a few places so I decided to replace the whole door. The work itself it actually really easy. The door attaches to the microwave with two hinges. On the door itself look at the top hinge. Next to it is a black tab. This tab moves horizontally. You can use a flathead screwdriver to push this tab. To remove the old door, you want to push this towards you (towards the door handle is another way to think about this) while simultaneously pushing the door upwards. If you don't push on the tab while pushing up on the door, the door doesn't move. But pushing on the tab will allow the door to go upwards and off the hinge. Then door will detach from the microwave. Once the door is off, you'll understand how to put in the new replacement door. It's very easy. I was able to do this myself, but a second pair of hands might make this easier as one person pushes on the tab while the other person pushes up on the door.

I use a flat screwdriver to push black release tabs from door hinges.

I replaced the door. It was simple, took less than 3 minutes. Just followed the info from the web site. I doubled checked it for leakage (with a meter) after the repair.
