Richard N Jacksonville , FL August 06, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE Needed to change out the grease and carbon filters on an old microwave I bought a house that had an old (but serviceable) Kenmore microwave over the stove. When I cooked on the stove the poor microwave filters couldn't do their job and the whole house got stunk out.. I drove to Sears who didn't stock them. I went online to Sears.com and they didn't stock them either. Then I found AppliancePartsPros.com and they had everything really cheap!! I ordered them and immediately replaced the grease filters with no tools. I looked at the schematic drawing for the carbon filter and immediately figured out how to take off the front grill with a screwdriver and replace the filter. The whole job took less than 20 minutes using just the schematic drawing and a screwdriver. I saved a ton of $$ and have the old (but still nice) Kenmore microwave up and running without stinking out my house. Steve C Caledonia , WI September 23, 2015 Appliance: LG Microwave Oven LMV1630ST Glass fell out of its retainers and plastic clips holding the frame assembly to the door broke off Careful placement of new screws into the inside of the outer door that now hold the frame assembly to the door secured the frame assembly to the outer door. All of the other parts I bought and replaced were a waste of money. I figured since I had them I might as well install them anyways. Easier than sending them back since I had the whole thing apart anyways. The part I really needed was no longer available, the outside door. The glass reinstalled into the retainers in the door without a problem. At least everything is very clean now !!
