Ted H Watkinsville , GA December 13, 2014 Appliance: LG Refrigerator LFX25960SB Drawer rails cracked The cold cut drawer on my LG fridge was no longer staying suspended under the shelf because the plastic rails to hold it up had cracked. I called in to these guys and the fellow who helped me out was great. Very helpful. The part number was stamped on my old rail but it wasn't showing up, so the agent went into the exploded view drawing and found them that way. He explained their return policy and that I need not worry though because he was sure he had the right part. They arrived quickly and he was right! I'm all set. Also ordered a water filter cartridge, which was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend/return. Removed old filter and replaced with new. No tools or service repairman was required. So happy to have found a company that carries the parts I needed at a very reasonable price, an easy to use website and super fast delivery.
