LG made 2 different ice makers for the same fridge- ridiculous, but they did. The part arrived very quickly & after another call to the Pro’s, was successfully installed easily with excellent results. We SAVED not only the $89.00 service call, but the repair company was going to charge almost double for the part. The three people I spoke with there, were all so helpful, pleasant, patient & VERY knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone with an appliance problem. Read More... We called and found out there were two so we needed to send ours back and get the other one. This process went very well. We were credited for the first one and charged for second one.
