Marnie S Kennewick , WA March 08, 2018 Incorrect parts given to me upon purchase of appliance Needed installation parts. I ordered the parts from the company I purchased the appliances from. A week went by and no parts, called, emailed and called again to find out when the parts would arrive to be able to Re-schedule the installation. After the run around, I found AppliancePartsPros website and placed my order with them. I received the parts I needed within the time they promised. I was able to schedule my installation to enjoy my new appliance. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no parts from my original order/other company. Still waiting to be able to get credited.
