A week went by and no parts, called, emailed and called again to find out when the parts would arrive to be able to Re-schedule the installation. After the run around, I found AppliancePartsPros website and placed my order with them. I received the parts I needed within the time they promised. I was able to schedule my installation to enjoy my new appliance. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no parts from my original order/other company. Still waiting to be able to get credited. The repair is easy but the damper needs to be flexed to insert it into the holes in the bracket and it is extremely sharp so be careful not to get cut. I gave up and found Appliance Parts and ordered the missing parts and paid for them. LG was going to send them for free, but who has to wait a month or better for parts.
