Stanley M Chino Valley , AZ October 10, 2015 Appliance: LG Washer WM3001HPA Lg washer would power up but not start I called LG customer support and they told me they could not determine the cause of the problem on the telephone and to call a repairman. I knew it wasn't an interlock problem so I removed the bezel around the controls, then removed the Pcb Assembly and display. the assembly came out easily by removing 8 screws and separating three connectors. The replacement came FedEx in 2 days and it took my less then 10 minutes to reinstall. After plugging in the washer it came to life and performs like new. Trevor R Fort Worth , TX December 05, 2016 Appliance: Model WMP3001HPA Half the lcd screen on wmp3001hpa lg washer has vertical lines I ordered the replacement part and found a you tube video explaining how to install it. It went smoothly. Only took 15 minutes. The hardest part was pulling the washing machine out to access the screws in the back. Once that was done i slid the top back and lifted it off. Then removed the screws for the front plate and removed the display control panel wires. Unscrewed the display and control knob and replaced with the new part. works flawlessly.
