Ernest R Whittier , CA October 10, 2024 Oven knob broke off I took off the front control panel with a Phillips screwdriver. I used a mirror to locate some of the screws under the panel. Being handy and common sense helped a lot. I am very experienced with fixing stuff but will admit that i did get a bit frustrated. A second set of hands was helpful but not necessary. I took off the shroud that goes around the knob and that was a mistake. It was difficult to put back on and was not required to fix the problem. David H Mesa , AZ November 09, 2025 Oven control inoperative Replace the encoder board and the supporter stem. the supporter was broken and jammed the encoder switch which I believe was inoperative as well. the supporter fits over the stem on the encoder board. the knob then fits onto the supporter. the supporter is plastic and was broken and jammed the control.
