This vertical door seal runs along the sides of the oven door opening to keep heat contained. Replacing a worn side gasket restores a tight seal for more consistent temperatures and efficient baking performance.

• Disconnect power (and shut off gas, if applicable). Allow the oven to cool completely.
• Remove the old side seal from its channel or clips; note routing and orientation.
• Clean the channel. Press the new seal into place without stretching; ensure ends/clips are fully seated.
• Close the door to confirm uniform contact along both sides; reseat as needed.
