This bracket secures the convection (fan) motor assembly inside the oven so the fan stays aligned and stable during operation. It helps ensure proper airflow for even cooking and prevents motor movement or rubbing. What it does:

  • Anchors the convection/fan motor to the oven cavity to maintain correct alignment
  • Prevents motor vibration and contact with surrounding panels that can cause noise
  • Supports consistent fan rotation for proper heat circulation and even baking
  • Common symptom: noisy fan, fan wobble, or reduced airflow in convection mode
What's included:
  • One convection motor mounting bracket
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before beginning any work
  • Remove oven back/inner panel and access the fan housing to reach the bracket
  • Keep existing fasteners if reusable; replace any stripped screws with OEM-equivalent hardware
  • If the motor or fan shows damage, inspect and replace those parts as needed for safe operation
