The purpose of this genuine OEM part is to transmit power to the wheels of the lawn tractor so that it can move. If the V-belt is frequently slipping out of place, it could be damaged. Check if the teeth of the belt are chipped or worn down, or if the belt itself has stretched out of shape. With extended use, it could also tear or snap, outright.This component is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This is a metal clip that secures the drive motor in place within the dryer cabinet. It clamps around the motor housing to prevent movement during operation. Replace this clip if it is broken, missing, or bent, which can cause the motor to shift and create excessive vibration, rattling noises, or belt misalignment.
