Description

This genuine OEM replacement deck lift link is used on lawnmowers, and tractors. The lift link attaches to the front of the mower deck and to the bracket under the front axle of the mower. The deck lift link aids in leveling the deck as it is lifted up and down. Over time, the original deck lift link may wear down and break. A sign of this issue could be the mower is cutting unevenly. When this link fails, the deck will become uneven and may fall altogether. It will be visually noticeable when looking at the deck while off the mower. Make sure the old link did not fall off in the yard, as it may be a hazard. Replacing the deck lift link is an intermediate job and will require 30 minutes or more. The tools needed are a socket wrench and needle nose pliers. The fuel tank may also need to be removed from the mower in order to access the suspension arm.This replacement deck lift link is compatible with MTD, Yard Machines, and Husky brands.
