This is a replacement wheel designed for use on walk-behind lawn mowers. It attaches to the mower deck axle and allows the mower to roll smoothly across the lawn. Replace this wheel if it is cracked, wobbles on the axle, has worn-down treads that cause poor traction, or if the hub is damaged and no longer holds securely.
It was a simple removal of the front axle. I had to use needle nose pliers in order to expand the plastic grips that hold the axle on each side of the mower. I bought the items on AppliancePartsPro.com and put the axle back in. Wheels just mounted right on. Read more
