Ordered door latch part and new spring.
You Tube video helped me identify what I needed. I tried the fix recommended and it didn't work so I ordered the parts. It took less than 5 minutes to switch out the old for the new. If the door doesn't latch, you can't run the microwave and it's key. It wasn't an expensive or hard fix to get my microwave up and running again. So pleased with AppliancePartsPros for having what I needed and being reasonable about pricing. Turnaround time was excellent!

I ordered the parts for the assembly (motor, fan, and support), and replaced them and this fixed the problem. It took about 10 minutes to replace the parts, but lowering the unit and disassembly took around 45 minutes.
