Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. I took the pump apart to exam, checked drain hose and sink drain first, everything looked OK.
After studying the problem for a while I decided it had to be in the filter, ordered a new filter and it took about 10 minutes to replace.
After getting the new filter I realized that there was a check ball rattling inside the new one that my old filter did not have anymore, the real cause for the pump not to drain.
P.S. I ordered these parts from Sears because they said that they had everything in...
