When I looked up the part number there was a handy video that popped up. I watched the video and thought "how easy!" so, I ordered that part and waited. The next day, I thought I better start to take the door off of my dryer (because that's what the video instructed, and I wanted a head start) so as I was going into the garage to get my tools, my son came in with a small package. REPLACING THE SUSPENSION PADS AND REPLACE THE BALNCE RING EVEN IF MY DIDN'T LEAK ANY FLUID OUT OF IT... IT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, IT WORKS BETTER NOW THAN IT EVER DID, THE ONLY THING I COULD COME WITH IS THE MANUFACTURE PUT THE WRONG BALANCE RING IN IT TO START WITH...
