Turned off power to oven. Removed the oven door. Unscrewed and removed the metal plate. Pulled element off wires and attached them to the new element. (This took needle nose pliers and many attempts. Needed dexterous fingers and good eyesight.) Put everything back.

Replaced element and adjusted wiring after removing rear panel of stove. Tightened one of the contacts. Checked current with meter. Adjusted insulation. I ordered an element and standoffs to keep the element from touching the oven surface but you provided me with the correct replacement which came with the clips unlike the authorized distributor in my area the first time I replaced the element.
