Refridgerator stopped cooling Gary S. • Madison , WI • April 13, 2015
Replaced the Thermistor Assembly and also picked up Overload Protection circuit per the comments posted by the "experts" on the web site. Both parts cheap enough. I ordered parts at 3:30 in the afternoon and they showed up the next morning from half way across the country. Outstanding service. It also fixed the 9 year old refrigerator. Replacing the parts took about a half hour most of which was moving the unit from the wall and removing the panel to get at the parts.

I bought a new cooling motor and blade and installed it, everything seems to be working fine now, did not take that long to fix, maybe about 30 minutes, the longest part was trying to get the old fan off the old motor, finally had to cut it off with bolt cutters, I have a 12 year old LG Refrigerator 26930 double door, if you are handy its not that hard. I had to remove a couple parts in front of the motor to get to it, but very easy. Better than buying a new refrigerator...:). I replaced the...

Two issues water in the bottom of fridge and clicking noise Leroy B. • Colorado Springs , CO • January 19, 2015
The old filter head was broken at the supply line side connector fell out. The clicking noise eventually caused the fridge to warm up and stop cooling. The clicking was the overload relay tripping. The Start solenoid on the compressor was an Embarco TSD part 513604044. APP does not have that part nor does any else found a similar one on ebay but I ordered the PTC assembly 6749C-0014E. I removed the overload relay and capacitor from the TSD used two pieces of wire and connectors to create the...

This drum support roller helps the dryer drum rotate smoothly and quietly by reducing friction between the drum and cabinet. Replacing a worn roller restores stable drum movement and cuts down on noise and wear. What it does:
- Supports the dryer drum so it turns evenly during cycles
- Reduces squealing, grinding, or rumbling caused by worn bearings or flat spots
- Helps prevent drum wobble and uneven clothing tumbling
- Low-friction bearing surface prolongs drum and belt life
What's included: One roller Install notes:
- Power off and unplug the appliance before starting any repair
- Access usually requires removing the dryer front or rear panel and drum—follow your model's service instructions
- Inspect the shaft, hanger, and adjacent rollers or glides; replace any other worn parts to avoid premature failure

The Light Bulb is an OEM part for LG refrigerators. It can be used in either the fresh food section or freezer compartment, providing illumination for easy visibility of the stored items.
Causes of a faulty light bulb can include regular wear and tear, reaching the end of its lifespan, or accidental breakage. These factors can result in issues such as a dark or poorly lit interior, making it difficult to see the contents of the refrigerator.
Symptoms of a bad light bulb may include:
- No illumination or dim lighting inside the refrigerator
- A flickering or intermittent light
- Visible damage or broken filament inside the bulb
This LG OEM bulb is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore models.

LG french door refrigerator lights failed Phil M. • Santa Cruz , CA • November 06, 2019
So I read a number of the earlier posts regarding the required repairs and went forward with all those repairs. In short, I replaced the wiring harness, door switches, and bulbs. The problem still persisted so I went ahead and replaced the control board. That did the trick. So for my unit, LG LFX25960ST replacing all those components were required. All repairs were easy and the videos and posts are all helpful.
