Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place. I went on line to this vendor. I found the part then called to speak to a rep. He confirmed the oart. We ordered it through the rep and it came two days aerie then expected. While I can admit the packaging could have been more protective especially for a metal and glass shelf, it arrived undamaged and perfectly brand new piece.
