I removed the spillover grille, unscrewed two Phillip's screws, pulled off the dispenser cover, unclipped the wiring harness in back of the cover and set the cover aside. This exposes the works behind the cover. It was easy to see that the switch which controls the ice dispenser was not being held firmly in place.
