I checked on the Appliance Parts Pros website and found the exact parts. There was a full video showing how to remove the old part and install the new part. I watched the videos available from AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the parts to fix the problem. The problem required $20.00 worth of parts, compared to $800 to replace the refrigerator. Honestly, when troubleshooting ... the parts came apart just as advertised, and it was clear what was needed. When they arrived, the reality of dealing with plastic was an issue, but grand total of half an hour later this refrigerator was dispensing ice.
