Ordered a new icemaker from Appliance Pros after viewing the video and determining I could accomplish the task. When the icemaker arrived (promptly) I installed it without difficulty after reviewing the video from Appliance Pros again. I removed the spillover grille, unscrewed two Phillip's screws, pulled off the dispenser cover, unclipped the wiring harness in back of the cover and set the cover aside. This exposes the works behind the cover. It was easy to see that the switch which controls the ice dispenser was not being held firmly in place. I troubleshot it and determined it is the motor and housing that were worn out. Waiting on the housing to ship before I replace all the components. When I receive it, all will be an easy fix. I ordered all my parts and all in stock were received on the date as promised. Read more
