Easy fix. Unscrewed the back cover. Took the starter relay off the side of the compresser. Install the new one. Put cover back on. Plugged in the frigerator. Started right up. Working great. Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a two person job - one to remove the top hinge and replace the handle, while a second person holds the refrigerator door in place. Replacing the handle was easy.
