The water flow during the fill step appeared extremely low. Confirmed the unit would make proper ice if I manually added more water. Through online research, found this was a common fail mode for this valve (low flow, continuous flow or no flow). The tubing connectors were unfamiliar to me, and I tried to pry out the tubing connector instead of researching the proper method. These connectors turned out to be very simple to remove. Simply hold the insert against the device while pulling the tube out.
