New gasket. Thought it would be as easy as the video demonstration ('just slide the gasket in") but it wasn't. My unit is 16 years old, so the old gasket was really stuck in there. We were working on it while the freezer was on and cold, which made everything less flexible. The old foam required a lot of scraping - even when the crumbs of it came loose, they didn't necessarily come out of the gasket groove. Replaced evaporator fan. As stated on included paperwork, the terminals were on the opposite side from the original fan motor. I had to swap out and use the included longer harness. Even then, it was barely long enough. It was an easy fix, except for disconnecting the harness and for taking out the two mounting screws for the motor assembly. The 1/4" screw heads are 2 inches from the evaporator coils, so I couldn't use a driver. I had to use pliers since I didn't have a quarter inch open end...
