I replaced the start relay and overload switch with the single part Overload/Relay part number AP3119971. Now it operates like new. Had no problem replacing part, just followed instructions. The new overload/relay kit corrected the problem. The Panduit/zip-ties supplied in the replacement kit didn't fit where the illustration showed in the directions but smaller zip-ties connected together did fit and held the relay against the compressor just fine and the sealant had good squeeze-out.
