No cool compressor would not start fan and lights running Brian R. • Chesterfield , MO • February 14, 2015
First replaced start capacitor but that did not work, the start kit which has a relay and overload protector is what was needed. The relay is actually the only part that was bad I believe.
After pulling the relay off the compressor you could shake it and it rattled, the new one did not.
Really pretty easy and definitely cheaper than a service call.

Refridgerator not getting cold enough Michael B. • Hamilton Square , NJ • October 27, 2014
Use the website to diagnose potential problems. The two most-likely fixes were a new heater element and a new thermostat. I was hesitant to try the repair, but the online video was so excellent that I decided to do the repair myself. I ordered the parts and they showed up the next afternoon! I made the repair that evening, following the instructions in the video. So far, the refrigerator seems to working fine.

Condenser cooling motor fan was making noise occasionally stopping Jeffrey S. • Montgomery , TX • June 26, 2016
Replaced motor, fan and lock-nut. My repair was on a built in Refrigerator-Freezer so most of the time was spent on pulling out and putting back the unit to get to the area I needed to behind the upper top.

Ice chute on front of door stopped working Phillip B. • Killeen , TX • December 08, 2014
I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part. Total installation time was about 20 minutes from start to finish.
