I began by replacing the control board. I removed the black ribbon from the attached control board and connected it to the new board. Then I began removing the two, three, and five wires then attached them all one by one and placed them on the new control board. Next, I removed the screws from the old board, removed this board, and placed the screws on the new board.

After a few calls to AppliancePartsPros, a number of diagnostic tests on the drain pump and the pressure switch and the tubing from the tub to the pressure switch, I replaced the pressure switch also known as the water level switch. The multiple calls to APPros probably totaled 2 hours and the actual switch replacement took 10 minutes with a few hours of machine testing.
