I was informed of an f24 error code which is a water sensor error this was accompanied by a series of rapid beeping sounds Bruce W. • Macedon , NY • August 18, 2015
The water sensor electrical plug had fallen off due to the extreme vibration of the internal stainless steel clothes basket. The attachment struts had corroded, broken off and sent small pieces into the discharge pump which, in turn, had plugged up and caused the beeping.
This is not a simple repair. The pump itself was not damaged and was easily cleaned out. However, the replacement of the basket requires disassembly of the entire machine in order to split the plastic tub where the basket and...
